ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

The Bar Association of Palanpur is an "Autonomous Statutory Body" established under the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961. The Bar Association of Palanpur operates in accordance with the statutory guidelines laid down by the Advocates Act, 1961, along with the principles outlined in associated welfare acts and the rules framed by the Bar Council of India. The Advocates Act, 1961, enacted on 16th August 1961, serves as the cornerstone for the establishment of bar councils across the country.
